Fall Registration Is Almost Here!
Registration for returning students (those who were enrolled in spring classes 2011, sessions 5 or 6), begins August 1st. Registration for new or former (those students who have taken classes at WSGA previous to spring 2011) students, begins August 22nd.
We are requiring that tuition for session 7 (September 5th to October 1) be paid at the time of registration. We will not hold a space in class unless tuition has been paid. Remember that you can save 10% by paying three sessions at a time (and not have to remember your check book), give us a call for more details.
We look forward to see you all in September!

To Parents and Families of the Gymnasts The following is a collection of things you, as a parent or guardian, will want to know before enrolling in our academy. If you have any additional questions please feel free to ask. Things you can do to help:
Communication: In addition to the things listed above, you can help us by keeping open lines of communication. Get to know your child’s teacher, use our comment box, or feel free to talk to or call Echo. Your input is what helps make changes and improvements to our program. I borrowed a slogan from a friend who runs a gymnastics club in Woodinville. "If you like us, tell others. Policies and procedures: Here are the specifics of make up classes, payments, fees and closures. Tuition and fees:
Methods of Payment: We accept cash or checks at this time. Checks are preferred. We do not at this time accept credit or debit. There will be a $25 fee assessed for all returned checks. Make up classes:
Inclement weather: Class is almost never canceled because of poor weather. If you suspect that class may be canceled, call the office one-hour before the start of your class, and the machine will have closure information. If we do have a poor weather cancellation, it will be treated as a holiday for make up purposes Proper Behavior and Discipline: We expect each of our students to treat other students, the staff, and the gym with respect. Each student is a part of creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere. If a student is acting in a manner that is either disrespectful or unsafe to themselves or others, they will be given a short time out. After which they will be asked if they would like to return. Children will always be given a second chance. No Smoking: There is no smoking permitted on West Side Gymnastics Academy LLC premises. Referral Policy: If you refer a friend to West Side Gymnastics Academy LLC who signs up for a gymnastics class and gives your name at the time of sign up, you will receive $5 off your next session tuition. It’s our way of thanking you for spreading the word. Emergency Information: Please be sure to completely fill out the health, emergency, and liability forms when you sign your child up for classes. In addition be sure to update this information any time there is a change (emergency contact, address, or phone numbers). Injuries, Illness, or Surgery: Please keep us informed about anything regarding your child’s health. This helps us keep everybody in the gym healthy. We especially need to know if your child has had any recent ear infections as that may impair their equilibrium. |
